গবেষণা জরিপ ও সেবা সংস্থা (ARSS) একটি সম্পূর্ণ অরাজনৈতিক, অলাভজনক, সামাজিক, সাংস্কৃতিক, স্বেচ্ছাসেবী ও উন্নত বৈজ্ঞানিক গবেষণা-মূলক প্রতিষ্ঠান। জলবায়ু পরিবর্তনের ক্ষতিকর প্রভাব মোকাবিলা, প্রাকৃতিক ভারসাম্য রক্ষা এবং আধুনিক প্রযুক্তিনির্ভর মানবসম্পদ উন্নয়নের লক্ষ্য নিয়ে এই সংস্থাটি নিরলসভাবে কাজ করে যাচ্ছে।
ARSS is a completely non-political, non-profit, social, cultural, voluntary and advanced scientific research institution. It works tirelessly to address the harmful effects of climate change, maintain natural balance and develop modern technology-dependent human resources.
আমরা বিশ্বাস করি, সমন্বিত স্বাস্থ্যসেবা, কর্মমুখী শিক্ষা, পরিবেশবান্ধব উদ্ভাবন এবং আধুনিক কৃষির সঠিক প্রসারের মাধ্যমেই একটি সুস্থ ও স্বনির্ভর সমাজ গড়ে তোলা সম্ভব।
